An old Canon G3
I had been contemplating about what to do with my old Canon G3. One suggestion was to turn it into an infrared camera -- sounds interesting. But I think I'm leaning on giving it to my 2 year old, so he can go out on walks with me and we can take pictures together. He's not quite interested in photography as much as he is obsessed with Lego, but he has been playing with our G7. The G3 is a great camera, and I guess it's worth holding on to for now. Before I got a dSLR, I was mostly using the G3 and a S2IS (which I eventually sold). I bought all the generic lenses I could want for them. I'll perhaps want to have some point n shoot time soon so I can re-connect with some old toys who might be feeling left behind. I say this due to the amount of Toy Story my 2 year old watches....-Rio
